HOW TO ORDER
Welcome to the Mimosa online store! To purchase a product on our site, simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size and colour required and click 'add to bag'. You can then go back and add additional items to your bag or click 'Buy Now'. Please note you will need your credit card details, including the billing address to finalise your online shopping experience. If you do not have a credit card you can pay by direct deposit into our account. To do this please call the Mimosa Design Studio on (02) 6680 8060.
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes you can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it from My Bag. However, once your order has been confirmed, it's not possible for you to change or cancel it prior to dispatch. The order will be sent to you and then if required you will have to return it. Refer to our Returns Policy if you require further information.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?
Mimosa is a regular size fit. You can also refer to the basic size measurements on each style. If you are from outside Australia please see our International Size Guide here
WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ONLINE?
Unfortunately popular items do tend to sell out quickly online, so if you've seen something you must have, be sure to snap it up quickly. However, if the item you are after has been sold out, and you are a domestic customer (Australia), please visit contact the Mimosa Design Studio in Byron Bay and we can try and find one for you. WHAT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Diners credit cards.
Your card will be debited at the time of despatch. Please note the transaction will appear on your statement as Mimosa.
HOW SECURE IS MY CREDIT CARD AND PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Your security while shopping online with Mimosa is extremely important to us, and we have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times.

DELIVERY
HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COST?
Free shipping on all orders over $250 delivered to Australian addresses. $10.00 flat rate for all other orders to be delivered within Australia.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS DUTIES AND TAXES
$20 internationa flat rate. Please note customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to relevant overseas custom duties and/or other taxes that you may incur and these are payable by the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Mimosa currently ships domestically within Australia and to most destinations around the world. Mimosa uses Australia Post trackable services for all our international shipping.
WHICH COURIER COMPANY DO YOU USE?
For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post - Express Post.
For International orders we use TNT

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
For domestic delivery, you should receive your order within 5 working days from when you order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
* All returns must have a Returns Authorisation Number (RA number). This can only be obtained by phoning (02) 6680 8060 or via info@mimosa.com.au
Any item purchased on-line for refund or exchange must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached. All RA numbers for returns must be made within 7 days of order date and be returned to MIMOSA within 14 days of order date.
RETURNS FOR REFUND
Alternatively, you may post your purchase to the address below. Please include the receipt and returns/exchange form (comes with your order) with your goods and indicate the reason for your return. Refunds will be credited against your original method of purchase, excluding delivery charges.
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
Items can only be exchanged for an alternate size or colour of the original style purchased. Should you wish to exchange for an alternative size or colour please enclose with your goods a postage paid, self addressed bag sufficient to return your purchase to you. All postage costs will be covered by the customer. Should stock no longer be available to exchange for colour or size, a refund will be made crediting your original method of purchase.
